Last Saturday, January 31st, Tyra (GerJCh Josepha Of Kahnawake) gave birth to four puppies, two males and two females. It was a swift delivery, taking less than three and a half hours. The boys must have been in a hurry, popping out within 16 minutes. Then Tyra took a rest, taking care of the babies. The girls apparantly wanted to dress up a bit and entered the box two hours later, leaving another break of 57 minutes between them.
As I expected, Nakoa’s strong pigmentation prevails. The firstborn is gray & white, the other three agouti & white with a dark mask and daddy’s small white blaze on the forehead.

The four cuties are well nursed, grow and gain weight nicely and are very active. Tyra’s family and we are quite curious how they will develop.
